Does that force me to reflash?

    N900 rescue OS?
    Best wishes.

rescueOS wonderfully boots my n900. In the worst case it at least allows me to save data.

I do not see any reference to batteryGraph in /mnt/maemo/etc/event.d

Is there any systematic way to find out what causes my bootloops?

    Thanks
    Rainer

I managed to install sysklogd with rescueOS and chroot to /mnt/maemo.

syslog then indicates that the xomap is crashing during startup (?)

    Code:
    Jan 1 07:35:16 Nokia-N900 DSME: process '/usr/bin/Xorg -logfile /tmp/Xorg.0.log -logverbose 1 -nolisten tcp -noreset -s 0 -core' started with pid 932
    Jan 1 07:35:16 Nokia-N900 kernel: [ 15.620086] Adding 786424k swap on /dev/mmcblk0p3. Priority:-2 extents:1 across:786424k
    Jan 1 07:35:16 Nokia-N900 DSME: Process '/usr/bin/Xorg -logfile /tmp/Xorg.0.log -logverbose 1 -nolisten tcp -noreset -s 0 -core' with pid 932 exited with r
Jan 1 07:35:16 Nokia-N900 DSME: Here we will request for sw reset
Jan 1 07:35:16 Nokia-N900 DSME: reboot request received from dsme
    Jan 1 07:35:16 Nokia-N900 DSME: Reboot
The full syslog output is here

    http://bokomoko.de/~rd/syslog

Any idea what might cause these crashes is welcome.

    Rainer

    Can't get past this screen.

    Stuck in the reboot loop.

Tried removing the Sim Card and the Memory Card.

    Still no progress.

Looks like maemo system is corrupted. ohmd is core part and not touched by cssu. Try to reflash device.

Provide syslog (e.g via rescueos) or reflash device.

    Hello,
just updated from CSSU T7.2 (via HAM) and I have the bootloop problem.

Is there anywhere a step by step guide about howto chroot into maemo from backupmenu or rescueos, so I can install syslog and see what's happened?

Thank you all for keeping maemo alive!
