Come back to this form, delete your Google Voice gateway configuration by entering your account information with the old password, and then enter your new information and re-add. Please note: If you use Google's 2-step verification and an application-specific password to sign up, you will need to know that password to delete or update your gateway registration later.
So all I had to do was delete my SIP account and create a new one.
