    just install MTermite or FingerTerm from Store
    it not require developer mode

    Anyway MTermite and FingerTerm are just some other type of terminal applications (which you don't want, it seems).
    How do you want to pass the commands to the device? (No, flasher can't do that).
    Or rather, what is the problem? Only that you don't want to install 'developer mode' ?

    Backup your important data from phone, and please when you save some passwords do it only on your own storage.
    If you have a backup and you are not sure about your phone or behavior, you can always flash it.

    Or you think it is a warranty issue?

    Maybe for real paranoid persons it is the best to learn how to code and right your own apps.
