What I cannot understand is how the f**k the 2nd phone had this problem...

Don't ask me, but let me tell you one funny thing. 2nd N900 broke due to faulty gsm chip, the next day I bought my Galaxy, exactly the day I bought it, my headphones jack tip broke off and got stuck in the jack, therefore routing all the sound to an imaginary headset.

Got it fixed the same day... but I was lucky I didn't have to replace the whole jack, because the flex that connects to the jack have on it the earpiece and the proximity and light sensor... so just imagine the price for that part.



Also, I just found on my long lost Dropbox account how the first version of android cooked rom for GT-I9000 was supposed to look like hahaha.

Yeah, I was just... you know... **** my life.

No it's too expensive to repair since I need a reball for the gsm chip. With the money I pay for the process I can get 2 new (2nd hand) N900.

Yeah, I know, I like cute stuff, and then the whole interface was turned purple

Yeah I know I have to do the same for repairing my xbox 360's rrod (I bought it with an rrod from a friend, I repaired it for a yera and then it came out again....)
