1. are you noob?
2. do you know what you did?
3.what guide did you follow?
4.are you using PR1.3?
5.any other modifications?
... need more info if you need help.

Just plug it in PC when it shows warning and have Nokia software updater on.
It will fix your phone but it can take 5h+ because it will download 1Gb+.
