Official thread for discussing unrestricted system-ui by coderus and it settings applet.

Unrestricted System UI - modification allowing loading 3rd party extensions for status menu.
Additional features:
- LED events notifications
- Displaying battery percentage instead of icon
- Netspeed applet in status area: displaying network bandwidth speed
- Extra status menu view with two extension areas: fixed and pannable, can display notifications in menu.

Installation:
system-ui
install system-ui with debinstall

Returning original:
system-ui
install system-ui with debinstall

duicontrolpanel-unrestricted-settings v1.0.3

Install settings only after installing my system-ui. Don't be stupid, not install it if you have different system-ui

Its trial period now. If no critical bugs until this week, i'll add update to trusted repository and installer to openrepos. settings to both.

Got errors on installation with debinstaller.

Edit:
my other 2 errors I fixed after seeing that settings are with an extra installer.

Edit 2:
I don't see my status extensions like qml-brightness or widgets

Edit 3:
Fixed errors above by hand. Enabled widgets in settings, everything fixed now

All went well but i have the same blue line at the top.

jpel, you can disable the blue line when you have settings. It shows battery percentage with that line.
