Just noticed this at Jolla's facebook page:
    http://jollatides.com/2013/08/29/htc...ial-for-jolla/

What do you think about that?

if jolla goes to bed with HTC it is like HTC takes over the show. I dont see why they should help jolla, without owning them.

Jollatides don't go with facts. It's 100% speculations and 0% facts... But it can be fun, just made up from the air.

Why not? Expansion of Sailfish alliance is for sure a main target for Jolla

An HTC one with Sailfish would be just amazing, even though I don't believe this is going anywhere. I just had to say that

I don't think such partnership will be bad, if HTC can push for more Linux friendly hardware. Though they are now not in a very strong position.

Regarding todays news, I'd expect HTC and Samsung finally drop the last of their WP phones now.

Smasung has Tizen as their backup plan as an addition to being an Android house so it makes sense HTC would also look into other options. SailfishOS is very logical choise for them.

Things are looking very good for Jolla now.

I only would buy a HTC running Sailfish if HTC will stop gluing their Hardware and Displays... :S
