Well, If I remember correctly al least when doing full flash (rootfs+emmc) the device will be repartitioned back to original during the flashing.

    Tested the new ubiboot-02.menus.cpio file.
Firefox OS boot from OS4 section OK.
    Thanks.

There's no flashing required, not in a sense of flashing something permanently. The flasher is just used to load the special kernel (MOSLO) that contains the partitioning utilities.
Actually you do not specifically need the MOSLO kernel at all, the same autopartitioning script that is used there is also included in the ubiboot repair mode.

Well yes, dualboot/singleboot by permanently flashing MOSLO is old method, not needed any longer. Ubiboot takes care of it all nowdays.
OK I dont need Moslo at all it's in ubiboot you say BUT on the other hand I need to install Nemo before ubiboot as you told me
    How to do that?

(NB. I only want Nemo not NITDroid I only have 16GB and room for Sailfish needed!)

No need to reflash. Just copy the archive to your MyDocs/boot (or whereever you have the config and edit ubiboot.conf accordingly.
Is that new cpio file now included in tar archive for download?

You could update ubiboot wiki, add description how to install FirefoxOS to N9

Well, actually I said (or at least meant to say) that you can install it first, it does not matter. You can also install it afterwards, that'll work also.

Some notes on Nemo install; the autopartition.sh script splits the mmcblk0p1 partition (MyDocs) and will create 2 partitions from it. Depending on whether you have 16G or 64G device, you will end up with new 4G partition and your MyDocs will be that much smaller.
If I remember correctly the script checks that you have enough free space on the pertition and refuses to do it if it's too full, but of course I recommend backing everything up, emptying the partition and splitting it after that.
When you have the new mmcblk0p4 partition, it's not a big thing to install the Neom FS; just untar the image there.

There are ready-made slots for Harmattan, Nitdroid, Nemo, FirefoxOS, Ubuntu and SailfishOS

Well, I dont like video guides, they are too complicated
I cannot follow a procedure if seen from a video...
There is the ubiboot wiki page, and some README documentation but both are not quite up-to date (the wiki is much better though)

However, here's a quick run-through how to do it. For simplicity's stake I'll here only go through Nitdroid install, but same kind of thing goes for all the OS'es, except that you might need to put Nemo/SailfishOS to thir own partition. Nitdroid, FirefoxOS and Ubuntu can live on same partition with other OS'es too.
    • Download the ubiboot files: http://www.swagman.org/juice/ubiboot...3.4_031013.tar (or http://juiceme.cloud-7.de/ubiboot/ub...3.4_031013.tar)
    • Download the preinit files: http://www.swagman.org/juice/ubiboot/other/preinits.tar (or http://juiceme.cloud-7.de/ubiboot/other/preinits.tar)
    • Download the l2-fixed open mode kernel: http://www.swagman.org/juice/ubiboot...openmode_l2fix (or http://juiceme.cloud-7.de/ubiboot/ot...openmode_l2fix)
    • Download and install whatever Nitdroid version you want to /home/user/nitdroid
    • Download the Nitdroid kernel you want
    • Unpack the preinit files from preinits.tar to /sbin
    • Put all kernels you like to have to /boot
    • Unpack ubiboot-02_0.3.4_031013.tar
    • Put the ubiboot.conf and ubiboot-02.menus.cpio from the tar file to /home/user/MyDocs/boot
    • Review and check your kernel konfiguration matches what's in ubiboot.conf
    • To make sure check it again, because you propably made a typo anyway ;D
    • Flash the kernel zImage_2.6.32.54-ubiboot-02_031013 to your device
    • Enjoy ;D
