I will forward this to Nikolaus. AIUI it's about tax and shipping and customs of course. For a donation it doesn't matter yet, as long as it's non-EU. It just might happen that there are special complications to ship goods to some countries. E.G. Russia is rather problematic, since you can't ship to private adresses.
