    Just fyi, expect DOSbox 0.72 on 400mhz OMAP2420 to run between 8mhz 286 and 16mhz 386 speed.

Since it emulates an entire PC, your speed will vary dependent on what subsystems are active and used.

Windows Mobile would be nice! And should also be possible by running a firmware from let's say HP or HTC

Er, why not just buy an IPAQ or HTC then? The hack value of running Windows 95 I can understand, but not Windows Mobile.

Er I don't want to mess around with ActiveSync and moreover not with Missing Sync on OS X or PocketMac, but want to have some funny games and a good office suite on my Internet Tablet.

And do you know any HTC/iPAQ with an WVGA Screen and stereo speakers?

The only reason I'm keeping my Axim X5 with Windows Mobile 2003: Hot Death Uno!

gentux: If you run windows mobile on the N8x0 there's no reason to believe it would work in better than 320x240 resolution (or, possibly, with e.g. an IPAQ 4700 version, in 640x480).

    what about Toshiba Portégé G900?

And is it only me who wants to run some, just some WinCE Apps on WinMobile? I want to have the timetable on the tablet without online connection and that software is only available for Windows, Windows Mobile and Symbian.

EDIT: Oh and @OSEmuTech: I prefer playing UNO offline, I have those cards in my bag all the time
