Hi,
I am english poor sorry.
I want to conver input keyboar to turkish.Because my language is turkish.But I don't know anything linux programming.
I want like this my input keyboard.How?Please help me

You have to write your own layout (this is xml file) and compile it
This is link to documentation (scarce):

And you have find gen_vkb program to compile this xml file. Later you have to place generated *.vkb file in /usr/share/keyboards directory.

It looks like you are out of luck unless you find someone that will compile it for you. I would if I knew how.
