Just tried to install this on Sailfish, but couldn't get it to work. Any idea how to install apps outside of store on Sailfish?

Iirc if you have zypper installed do zypper in /path/to/file otherwise do pkcon install pkgname

Thanks for the tips thedead, it partially worked. pkcon install-local did the job, but next got error with:

Vakava virhe: could not resolve: persecute-0.1-2.armv7hl.rpm

(Vakva virhe = Fatal error)
