What's the use of a phone with a hw keyboard that is so terrible to use that you won't bother opening it at all and just use the sw keyboard?
Also, when making phone calls with the N950, don't touch the damn thing or the call may drop, if you're not in an area with good reception.
Oh, and it's a heavy brick, too. I'd go for the N9 instead.

Not that heavy though, I feel it's even lighter than the lumia 920 which does not have HW keyboard and the slider mechanism. (At least similar weight) I don't understand why a device less than 200g is called "heavy". I actually feel insecure if the phone is too light.

Yes it is thicker than touch-only device but definitely not a brick either, it's not much thicker than touch-only. If you consider a brick, N900 is much thicker but still very comfortable.

I agree with the poor calling signal, that's one of the main disadvantages of N950.

Of course the parts will not fit just like that, as the physical layout of the devices are different. Also some components are different, for example the display unit. (one's OLED, other's LCD)

On the other hand, there's nothing that's impossible. But the required skill level really is such that you'd be able to build the device from scratch if you had that.
And you would not be asking these questions here, you would already have done it.
Yes you're right I do not have the necessary skills and knowledge to make such intervention so I put this question here. Is it possible, how, how much will it cost, will it work at all?

are you kidding? Hardware keyboard would not trade it for anything, I'm pretty used especially Ctrl + A,X,C,V... I want to feel that key rather than passing someone to write nonsense. However I guess that if it is possible that swap would have the problem with the signal to fix ... I hope someone will have knowledge to answer

IMHO the N950 is one special case where the software keyboard really beats the hardware keyboard for typing texts. I'm not kidding.
