Perhaps, this number is kinda combined with other parameter (similar to Cell ID in WCDMA mode). Whatever it was, I'm going to make a new version in November to bring the program to the mind.
I've been making notes of the UTRA channel number reported by MeeCell, and so far it seems that for cells in the UMTS 900 band the lowest two bits are always 11 and for cells in the UMTS 2100 band the lowest two bits are always 01.

Out of interest, can you post a link to the relevant API documentation please?

— Added graph for the current received signal strength level in percentages
— It is possible now to control the logging granularity
— Cell ID history (last 6 changes) is shown on the screen
— Fixed the issue "operator name is too long"
— Improved signal level graph (it doesn't stop refreshing while running in background)
— Improved the stylesheet

I noticed that changelogs can be processed automaticaly on the "OpenRepos.net", and I think it's very convenient. Thank Basil for his great job.
