I recently forked wleux since i wanted to add a feature to add favorites.
The result is MeeBackground which i just published on OpenRepos. It allows to download images, which are then available offline. I also plan to add more backends later, if you have backends (preferably with json api) in mind, please tell me.

I like the idea behind your application

btw i can't see the images i selected as favourites..it seems to not load them. Do I have to do something?

You have top create the folder /home/user/MyDocs/MeeBackground manually. I forgot about that, will upload a fix later..

nice work dude, and the load time of pictures is insane

. probably faster than in any other app in harmattan. Great work!
