The problem with e-ink is similar to LPM on an LCD - you cannot see it in the dark / low-light environment (and I spend most of my time living like a mole, or a vampire if that's what you fancy). Not to mention that I have an aversion of placing my phone with screen down on any hard surface

Sure, better something than nothing - after all, if we except the bleaker blacks, I do prefer LCD (*IPS of course) over OLED given that I like color precision and hate the burn-in problem and quicker deterioration of OLED - but in some cases OLED is just irreplaceable. LPM is a perfect example of that.

Given the price difference, as I said, I'd easily pay 100€ more for a Jolla with an OLED screen. Of course, in the lack of such option I am willing to consider an e-ink other half...

someone messed up the spreadsheet from yesterday. I am quite annoyed it was so nicely done yesterday and this morning it's god damn awful.

It seems 'in picking' doesn't neccessarily mean it's not sent yet.

Mine is still 'in picking' but i got a tracking number this morning. And it was already sent yesterday morning from Finland via Stockholm via Paris via Köln to Munich (wtf? Fedex). So I'm waiting until it arrives in Innsbruck from Munich (maybe already today).

edit: saw just now that the status is 'shipped' right now.
