    same here , but you arrive a tracking id? or your status is in this moment on shipping? or on in picking?

    Looks like you are correct - I just phoned FedEx a second time and they said their internal system shows it as still awaiting customs clearance, and that I can ignore the 'cancelled' status
    FedEx representative in Greece was more than sure the parcel will be delivered on Monday, as airplane is expected Monday early in morning and immediately after they put in trucks and deliver.. high hopes?

    Hah, try 4121 My CC was blocked due to suspicious activity (being used in 3 different countries in a short succession, what can I say, I drive fast ) and my bank managed to solve the issue mere hours before the 2nd Dec deadline thus I was amongst the last ones to order it...

    And what's worse is that if they don't deliver it by the 22nd I won't be able to get my hands on it until late February or possibly even March

    Mine is still 'in picking' but i got a tracking number this morning. And it was already sent yesterday morning from Finland via Stockholm via Paris via Köln to Munich (wtf? Fedex). So I'm waiting until it arrives in Innsbruck from Munich (maybe already today).

    edit: saw just now that the status is 'shipped' right now.
    Nice to see another Jolla in Innsbruck... guess that makes you THE FIRST ONE, meh .

    For those who saw the strange FedEx status of shipment being cancelled, please do not worry. We (Jolla) did not cancel any shipments, we're trying desperately to get the Jollas in your hands! There seems to be some kind of mess-up in FedEx's systems as well, being Friday the 13th and all. FedEx will deliver the device to you, probably on Monday. In the meantime please do not email care about this topic. They're already overwhelmed plus there's nothing they can do in this situation. Thanks and hope you get your Jollas soon!!
