Do you track with the whole order number number including the leading 20000?
Do you put hash in front of it?
I search on the swedish fedex by the sender's reference, and I have to enter the country and postal number as well. Is that it? Do they use fedex in all countries or do they use DHL as well?

    sigh, waiting continues.

P.S. tip for those who don't know (I didn't): to find your package on FedEx, search through "Track by reference"

Yes, that's it. That's how I do and I get no hit. Status was in picking yesterday.

Hey, I discovered that the postal number (in sweden 5 digits, where two last are usually separated by a space) it is important that the space is in the search. I did manage to track if I inserted the space, like this:
    000 00

Just nice to know if you're a swede or if you use spaces in the postal number.

Same here with order #277 for Switzerland. If you look at the spreadsheet it is obvious the order for Norway & Switzerland have not been shipped yet...

Thanks for the postcode tip but it does not apply to Norway.
In this stretched country only four digits are used, no spaces, ex. 8000,9000 etc.
