I can confirm that GoneMad Player (Trial) works and can be directed to use the normal sailfish music path, can read the Album Artist tag and it does scrobble to last.fm. (though i could now see only the currently playing song, but I think it might appear with a delay on the last.fm website.)
Today, mapswithme pro can be bought for 1.18€ from the amazon store. This app has offline Maps and works fine.
I have the nova launcher which is smaller and has less advertisement. The following apps work for me:
Evernote, fahrinfo mobil Berlin, Firefox, Kakao talk, lastpass, pocket, tapatalk, wikipedia.
I have the yandex, aptoide, amazon and f-droid store installed.
No intensive use yet, but it seems to work fine. Just one bug found: password manager doesn't work.
If Opera launches a native browser (does Wikipedia say the Norwegians belong to a so-called "Sailfish Alliance"?) or Jolla's browser can finally work in landscape mode (I hate portrait browsing), I may turn Alien Dalvik off.
