I was battling between Vaio Pro 13, Macbook Air and VAIO Duo 13 (haswell).
I was really close at getting Vaio Pro 13 for a very good student deal, but the build, trackpad and horrendous WiFi problems made me to go to Macbook Air. While I'm more of a PC and linux guy on desktop, macbooks trackpad and UI are near perfect for laptop use without touch screen.

VAIO Duo 13 seemed really interesting. Price was just a bit too much for me. Also solid clamshell design was better for me when typing is my main use.

I was interested in Duo13 as well, as a Duo11 owner, the duo13 is a very good upgrade.

Changed mind until I saw Vaio Flip 13/14/15, the advantages to my point over Duo13:

    - (much) better keyboard and mouse board
    - adjustable screen angle
    - Much much cheaper, and you have choice of largerscreen

-Cons: slightly heavier, a bit thinker compared with duo13's edge.

If I want upgrade I will go for the flip series. FYI if you are interested in duo13.

Done some more research now. I might go down the same road. But at moment I'm more into heavier comps with more RAM and dedicated graphic...

Keyboard with color LED's under the buttons. You can change the colors and split the color placements into three if I remember correct.

    it's a heavy badboy
    3,8kg

funny fact: it uses the same 'body' as the msi notebooks, but those are like €3000 instead of €1700

Is it a Erazer sticker on the hood? can you remove it?

no, it's a part of the lid, so not a sticker, neither painted on. It gives light when the screen is on.
it's not that bad if you ask me...
the medion logo below the screen on the front could be removed (it's painted on)
