I have searched the forums and I have found that I can use a bluetooth headset with Skype, but I don't know how.

I just formated and put OS2008 on. I have a Motorola H350 headset. I have paired the headset. It recognized it. Everything went correctly. It shows up in the Audio/Video category.

Is there an option on Skype that I am missing or on the N800? Because the sound is coming from speakers/mic and not the headset.

I apologize if this has been answered already. I would appreciate any guidance you can offer.

I have used mine and it worked well. All I did was pair the headset up and then start Skype. All sound comes through the headset when it is paired. Even normal tablet stuff when not using Skype comes through headset.
