In the short term, it means avoid anything from Audi, GM, Honda and Hyundai.

In the long term, heavens help us all!

Hopefully in the mid term some politician will figure out that competition law applies here and forces this "alliance" to split and use something else, like Sailfish, or even better... a standard where you can boot up whatever: any Linux, OS/2 Warp, ... ;-)

This is not a smar****ch but rather a small phone. It seems cool and can be my new substitute for xperia mini. Really small screen rules. You should buy one as running toy. time for you to move.

i have always like the metawatch philosophy of glanceable tech, but unimpressed with the hardware.

we have a pebble in the house, looks utterly bobbins and we could find no one that would actually want to wear it.

most keen on the new Martian smar****ch as it actually looks like a watch... with an oled ticker-tape display embedded in it.

This is probably the first time I find technology ugly... I'll keep my N9 for running, thanks, at least until MeeRun is ported to Sailfish :-)

For some reason, the UI reminds me of Windows for Workgroups. Don't ask me why.

On the contrary, the future never comes it's always the present.

The best thing (imho) from this CES are Vizios and Kogans 4K TVs priced at $999 or lower. Unlike the closest competitors $6,000 price.
