maybe my Jolla account cant download the ambience, because the ambience is downloaded by other account at first time

would you like to share the snow white and first one ambience rpm to me?

That can't be right. I have never been able to download the ambiance and neither can it be found with pkcon.

It cannot be found with pkcon unless you connected the actual Other Half to the device once.

It cant, although I connected to first half. Mostly Jolla is locked to 1 Jolla account only

No, that cannot be the reason. I have always used just a single Jolla account and I have never been able to install the TOH ambiances. Now that I received the Poppy Red TOH, it did the same "Problem with Store, this The Other Half is not working" the first time I connected it. So it certainly has nothing to do with any accounts.

NO
I mean, if you installed a ambience with a Jolla account, then if you try change to other Jolla account, you are not able to download it.

Can't anyone just share the white ambience image? And the ringtone, if there is one..

EDIT: Sorry, just opened the file J4ZZ shared and indeed it is the image

The discussion revolved around .rpm packages and I had just assumed he had shared the .rpm file...

Had the same issue with both TOHs.
So, to get both ambiences installed remove and re-put them from/to your device and issue
Code:
pkcon install ambience-the-first-one
or
pkcon install ambience-snow-white
