Well finally got it working Did a secure erase and that seem to do the trick Although was this time unable to remove the disclaimer warning on bootup via terminal on Harmattan.

Any ideas on getting it away post ubiboot and Sailfish install

Unfortunately impossible, as it can only be removed in Closed Mode

The procedure to do everything in correct order:
  • 1.) clean flash to Closed mode
  • 2.) install Developer Mode
  • 3.) remove Open Mode Warning
  • 4.) flash back-to-back Closedmode-Openmode
  • 5.) profit
