    I don't get it, what is this? Is this really a true Nokia phone or just a Microkia (former Nokia mobile division, whatever) phone?

    even if it is a well forked android ,it is android (boring) + metro ui(ugly). May be microsoft is promoting its own ui with this fone.

    Microsoft makes a shitload of money in compensation from Android devices. It won't hurt them at all to grow the Android ecosystem. This looks to me like a classic example of their embrace, extend, extinguish policy.
