Dictonaries are expected to be stored in /usr/lib/qt5/qml/com/jolla/xt9/libjollaxt9plugin.so and /usr/lib/qt5/qml/com/jolla/xt9cp/libjollaxt9cpplugin.so which both are closed source and with some proprietary(?) encoding.
