Well, the WEP code is literally just a code. I don't remember if it's shown hidden or not in the connection dialog, but you might want to just ask for the code next time instead of have them put it in. You can reveal the code if it's been saved to a Mac, not sure about Windows or N8xx

Edit: Another thought, I have a working N800 with the internet connection, and a NEW N810 without internet connection. Is there a way I can send the connecting account, with the WEP setup from my N800 to my N810, so not to wait for another appt with the IT dept to come set up the N810 for me? I know I dont know what I am talking,.....it already stretched to the limit of my computer knowledge
