Not that hard to search.

But W->7->1 or 2

And when you use manual option (2) make sure you write color code right.

If its possible you need to edit this file:

/usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/meegotouchhome/style/meegotouchhome.css

But couldnt find it so it might not be possible and never seen anyone do it.
