no probs untill now (at least 10 hours of use and one reboot caused by changing battery)

FOSS replacement of mce (1.8.127+0m5) is in the repo, changes on top of initial Jonwil's work:

* 3.x kernel compatibility fixes
* fix for problem reported at http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...0&postcount=34

you mean n900 will be able to run 2.6.37 or above kernels????

I am using it with 3.14-rc3 on my devel device, no idea about 2.6.3x kernels

Something is buggy, unfortunately no idea how to reproduce that

This is exactly the same what I've reported some time ago.

first: landscape (or portrait) mode and switcher menu. Then I rotate phone to portrait for about 1s and back to landscape just before hildon rotate. After all rotate to portrait and you will se transparent gap between title bar and window (or at the bottom if you start from portrait mode). I manage to do it once every 10
