I will try a wild guess
    scp (http://linux.die.net/man/1/scp)

or, rcp and rsh - but those arent on jollas repos

But this is without a GUI?

    Edit:

Did a quick search and found out that Kscp and ptscp are some GUI clients. Or that some kio plugin (what ever this will be ) called fish will extend KDE...
    Will try it out later.

Filezilla is also nice if you want a GUI for scp/sftp.

Open Dolphin (if KDE) or the Nautilus (if GNOME) window. Press CTRL+L
    Type sftp://nemo@192.168.3.15

Enter password when prompted. Your files will be accessible from the window. You can manage the files like local files.

You can also add a bookmark to the connection for easy access.

How is it possible to connect as root on Dolphin in Opensuse?
    'sftp://root @192.168.3.15' is not working...

Also you can try this instruction for n9, should be the same. I didn't try it yet with Jolla (don't have time). Will create instruction later and add it to first post.
