    Sailfish OS running on ZTE Open?

    Hi!

    would it be somehow possible to run Sailfish OS on a Firefox OS device? In this case, ZTE Open.

    These are the specs:
    Chipset: Qualcomm MSM7225A Snapdragon
    CPU: 1.0 GHz Cortex-A5
    GPU: Adreno 200
    256MB RAM (maybe this is the biggest restriction)

    You are correct, it won't happen with just 1/4 of GB RAM.

    While the ram is a massive restriction, Mer runs on the N900, it would be a testament to how well Sailfish may run on low spec devices

    Won't work sanely. Tried it on Alcatel One Touch Fire -- stack runs, but in practice, there's only 118mb ram available for system. So very little amount of wayland windows possible.
