    Hello there!

Thanks for doing such a nice ubuntuone client for Maemo5/N900, as well. Seeing that the Ubuntu community is constantly active (check http://www.ubuntu.com/devices/phone) I guess your app will last long. Are you still active developing the app? I think that the next big step to do would be to add the sync functionality like the client for Dropbox - DropN900 does?

toBuntu is still under active development, in the sense that I intend to resume work on it as soon as I'm able to. I have not been able to work on it recently due to working on other projects. Both sync and music streaming are on the TODO list for when I resume working on this project, which will hopefully be within the next few days.

I have come to like tobuntu very much and it has now replaced ubi which I used before.
One point to note I think it would be a good idea to block the closing of the applications while downloading a file.

I don't think it's possible to block the closing of the window, though closing the application can be blocked with the QApplication::setQuitOnLastWindowClosed() method. It's likely that the transfer backend will operate as a daemon (or at least a separate process) once the sync is implemented, so transfers will continue anyway when the GUI is closed (possibly optional).

If you implement the sync feature, I'd totally buy it from a store if it's not free

    Alert

I'm posting here just to make people aware that Canonical are closing the Ubuntu One files service on 01/06/14. So, thanks to Canonical for providing yet another reminder that you should not trust your data to cloud services.
