Why am I not seeing the contact pics for the contacts which do not have a Whatsapp picture set but do have a picture in my contacts?

This used to work in the previous version.

I'm getting an error with registration. The error message says "no cell routes for sending sms" and advices to try in one hour. Any help would be appreciateed.

I'm on Elisa in Finland and registrations worked previously. WhatsApp can make a voice registration call but Mitakuuluu cannot.
