However, if the problem is the USB porst of your computer, like @pichlo suggested, then you need to try with another computer.
(and finally, if nothing else helps, try with Linux... For example get an Ubuntu Live CD image, boot with that and install the fasher DEB packet...)
What about installing Nokia Suite ?
Or recent version of Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver (flying out on the internet, maybe even Nokia/M$ sites)?
If you do have (I assume Win PC, which version?) Suite installed:
- is your PC older and a bit lame? Then you may have luck by just trying it out a few more times. Please describe the symptoms detailed!
- did you have other phones connected? If so deinstall Suite, download and run PC Suite Cleaner, reinstall Nokia Suite, try again.
when i plug the phone ..within a 2 minutes its auto disconnec then error
usb connected in non compatible usb mode
Please be specific:
What kind of computer did you connect the device to, What OS, what drivers loaded if any?
Was the N9 running normal Harmattan when you connected it? or something else? Or was it switched OFF?
What did you expect should have happened?
