    It's not covered, it still shows. The items in the menu list go OVER the button itself, so it makes tapping the back button impossible. (If you scroll to the middle of a list, the text options go over the button and prevent you from hitting it.)

    Look at the back button on the top left.
    The text of the settings page will go over the back button

    (for example in the screenshot: you can see that it's on the letter 'M' of Ambiance Settings)

    Hmm, I don't think that it is so critical. Certailny I can move it to the bottom and make background image (like in Ambiance Settings), but I still don't see reasons to do this

    I didn't said it's critical I just posted a screenshot like you've asked so you could understand Shadwblade2652 what he meant with his problem

    I don't think it's critical either, but as you asked for suggestions...
    I just switched to blanco in order to check, and there, the part of the screen with the back and other buttons is static.
    This means that when list is scrolled down/up the items in the list don't overlay those buttons but they go "under the buttons".
    I think it's a nice approach and if easy to implement looks the best for me
