    The same way you do it on every Linux machine. Use -R and -L options.

    Keep in mind that due to dumb android power management your phone needs to be connected to a power supply to keep the tunnel running reliably (alternatively you can turn off power management which will help but run the battery extremely quickly, search tmo for overzealous)

    shadowsocks-libev works great on jolla, very lightweight and power efficient (on both server and client side). And it can stay connected between network switching.
