Is there any working way of pulling my Google Contacts to Harmattan phone?

I tried syncgcontacts and syncevolution to no avail... :-(

Yup, there is. Set up a Mail For Exchange account using your google account, and then you can sync your contacts.
Here is a guide that also covers Google Calendar: http://www.tizenexperts.com/2012/03/...mail-nokia-n9/

The guides of 2012 do not apply in 2014, as Google dropped support for Exchange sync in 2013: https://support.google.com/a/answer/2716936?hl=en

I finally managed to do this using https://openrepos.net/content/holgern/syncevolution and http://askubuntu.com/a/360556

(Note that you need holgern version of syncevolution, not rzr's)

Why do you need the 2 link? Is syncevolution not enough?

I didn't memorize syncevolution command line parameters yet. ;-)

Yet somehow I am using this exact exchange setup for mail, calendar and contacts for 3 months now (I re-flashed my N9 for a clean start).
To have multiple google-calendars, you need to set up a caldav account and use the following server-url: https://www.google.com/calendar/dav/EMAILADDRESS/ .

Whoa! So they must have reenabled it.
I tried few months ago and failed, learning that Google dropped support for Exchange.

    Thanks for pointing out.

No, they didn't. I get the same as last time:

    Synchronisation failed
    Cannot connect server

    :-(

Also, this URL didn't work for me.

According to https://support.google.com/calendar/answer/99358 it is https://www.google.com/calendar/dav/[id]/events which worked for me
