For the eventsview-control, grab the newer version from openrepos that should be uninstallable. If this doesn't work, you should use:

    Code:
    rpm -e --noscripts pandora-eventview-controls
that should remove the package without invoking the script.
Damn it. It still haunts me
    Can't understand what went wrong...

I confirm these two problems. Rebooting the phone works as a temporary solution for aplying patches.

    Thank you, it's worked!

The weird thing is that I tried to upgrade the package, but it installed the 0.2-1 version instead.

I created the empty file with touch, but the uninstallation process warmed me I had no rights to operate with that file; finally, rpm -e --noscripts helped me with both of packages.

Same issue here. I wanted to make sure I've got the latest patches so I removed everything and installed patchmanager again, now there are no patches and I cannot install any due to the wrong dependency.

I think I found the root cause of this problem. Patchmanager from openrepos is the UI package. You need to update the daemon package too (search patchmanager daemon on openrepos), so that it will work.

Or if you want to use command like:
    Code:
    zypper ref
    zypper in patchmanager patchmanager-ui
I will try to fix this updating issue in next release.

on openrepos it show me patchmanger daemon installed (v0.4.3).
and this is a result of command:
    Code:
    bash-3.2# zypper in patchmanager patchmanager-ui
    Loading repository data...
    Reading installed packages...
    'patchmanager' is already installed.
    No update candidate for 'patchmanager-0.4.3-10.5
    .1.jolla.armv7hl'. The highest available version
    is already installed.
    'patchmanager-ui' is already installed.
    No update candidate for 'patchmanager-ui-0.4.3-1
    0.5.1.jolla.armv7hl'. The highest available vers
    ion is already installed.
    Resolving package dependencies...

    Nothing to do.
    bash-3.2#
P.S. Just change the version number and dependencies of base patches to 0.4.3
