you removed cache of all installed andriod apps. some of them can still continue working, other should be reinstalled.

The question is -- what have I lost? Does reinstalling Alien Dalvik & Android apps suffice (which I'm trying to do now), or do I have to reinstall everything? Is it safe to reboot my phone?
