Hmm, strange, it should have transparent background anyway, try to reboot your phone twice.

Solved problem by following steps (if someone needs them):

1. Start flasher with

flasher --enable-rd-mode --set-rd-flags=no-lifeguard-reset

2. If using ubiboot let it boot in to bootmenu, press Harmattan icon and plugin usb cable
3. Device is in R&D mode (flashing led, red focus led on the back), it will boot normally so you can select blanco theme, restart N9 in R&D mode and uninstall Sailfish theme
4. Disable R&D mode by repeating step 1 with following command:

flasher --disable-rd-mode

5. Reinstall theme from Warehouse
6. Profit

Sysuid? I didn't change sysiud files a couple of time... Ok, I will see... Does it work good now?

Sailors, my battery lives too little (about 4 hours), so I will not use my N9 as main phone anymore and I will migrate to Samsung Galaxy S2 for some time. I don't know about my future phone (I hope - Jolla), so... I've bought new battery for N9 again (from ebay) and it is copy too, it doesn't work at all. I can't find good original battery... So I'm leaving MeeGo, I'm sorry. I will post all theme sources to this site. Any suggestions?

Too bad, I was not aware it is so difficult to find a new battery for N9...
Does any of the Lumia range of devices have compatible battery? (for example, Lumia 800 has the same form factor as N9, it might be possible to use that?)

You're right, Lumia 800 has the same battery, but it doesn't change anything - I can't find it

Local Nokia Customers Service wants about 150$ for battery-replacing. LMAO
