As people keep asking, these are the setup instructions for encrypting /home/ and swap which can bee seen in action in the YouTube video linked in my signature.
Seems another guide has been created using some of my scripts, which can be found here, perhaps this is more clear or not but lacks the info regarding entropy. I haven't tested those instructions though.
In general before doing anything, good backups must be ensured, and you must be aware that the probablity that the first attempt goes wrong is high.
