So I went through and added my own tweaks to it.
I hope you don't mind.
@shawnjefferson
I've added a variable to mine called QUIET. Just set it to 'y' and you won't get the read prompts
Edit: Oh and I've fixed the file comparison problem and mine doesn't rely on Bash3
Thank you for add the QUIET variable..i m glad for it!!
If you are right i ll upload the script in github to let every user to have the same script!! Tell me and i'll add your username in the GPL and in first post!! Another time, thank you!!
Yea, I fixed the file size comparison on mine yesterday. Just added a gsub to the awk line (you've used sed).
I noticed that $PICTURE_DIR is still missing from a few places though.
Oh you're right, I totally forgot about gsub.
I also fixed up the hardcoded values and cleaned up a few things, so I thought I might as well share it again.
Allright i see the code! Thanks guys!
unfortunately for now i ve no time to correct the script because i m studying for the last exam for my veterinary university..but i m glad that you worked on this correction ..
as i say before i wrote the script time ago for my linux machine, and only ported to get functionality for n900..
As before..if you want i can add your username to the script..
And i ll upload it to github if you agree..
cheers
