Out of the blue, sipphone.com is throwing me this error when my N800 tries to connect.

Using the Gizmo client, I am able to connect fine, but using the built-in SIP client (under Accounts), the N800 is unable to connect.

It was working before, but no longer, and I have no idea why.

My settings are as follows:

Service : SIP
Username : 1747264xxxx @ proxy01.sipphone.com
Password : <my password>
Use for PSTN calls : Checked
Connection : Auto
Outgoing proxy : blank
Port : 5060
Discovert public address : Checked
Keep-alive mechanism : Auto
Keep-alive frequency : 0
Authentication: all fields blank
STUN : Auto-detect STUN: Checked

Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I have tried various settings at http://www.internettablettalk.com/fo...light=sipphone to no success

I have sip: before the number in the username field... not sure if it makes a difference.

nope, no luck. i've just noticed that my e51's gizmo client isn't connecting as an internet telephony service like it did when i first tested it here. will have to investigate to see if my service provider has blocked the Gizmo ports.

Skype works fine though
