And i am not on cssu.I run a PR 1.3 with some devel apps.The status area applet has more than just command line tor.It combines tor and polipo i guess.I badly want this to work since my university wifi has a proxy.Anybody knows how to run yappari over proxy?
Then it is not related to CSSU!
Nevertheless you should try to get a core dump (instructions see.freemangordon's post) and hopefully freemangordon is so kind to have a look at it (even it is not related to CSSU) to get at least a pointer.
Furthermore you could give us a list of the devel apps, as probably one of them (or a dependency) has broken tor.
@shawnjefferson
above also counts for you, please.
I tried to get a core dump.I installed the sp-rich-core package.But the i cant find the core dump folder forming in my MyDocs.Any settings for core dumps i should be aware of?It starts on reboot right?Or should i manually start the daemon?
I was speaking of the tor-status-menu applet only, TOR itself works fine on my device. It also doesn't exactly crash, it just only displays some of the status menu and not all. I suspect it's somehow messing up the status menu xml file. Maybe it's something to do with my file?
