Dirk, how will you deal with orders from people outside the countries where Jolla ships phones, and who have no Jolla yet but pledged to get the keyboard + the 100€ coupon? Have you an idea already of how many they are? Will Jolla ensure shipping to their country or will they have to cancel their pledge?

This is clearly stated on the KS page, the coupon is valid with shipping to the EU, Norway and Switzerland. If you are not in one of these places, the coupon does not work for you. You can send it to someone else in the EU that orders the phone for you, like this is done currently for some people.
Don't know how many there are, but most names look pretty Scandic.

Kimmo has been working hard on the keyboard drivers and there is a lot of progress. Auto-hide of the virtual keyboard is working, back-light goes on and off depending on ambient light and lots more is being made as we speak.
This bumps the total possible tohkbd colour&layout options to 4200.
