can you only do video internet calling with other n800 users or can it be anyone with a webcam?

supposedly Gizmo video will work but I haven't been able to try it. I think Google Talk was supposed to work but again, I haven't tried it.

Yes you can. I'm actually using Gizmo as my primary phone now. I've cut off my LD service for my land line.
