Yes I have the same issue and the solution with the new certificate did not work for me either.
I do not really expect that someone will solve the issue. I would do myself but my knowledges are too far from this field so I can not. I write this just to say there is at least one more guy who understands that N900 is old and slow but just can not leave it because it is so unique.
