You will need
1 open mode, aegis patched kernel
2 devel-su
3 develsh

In order to obtain permissions needed

I have installed CodeRUS Aegis install and have the packages installed devel-su / dkpg -i
Entering the terminal as root and I enter ssh root @ localhost ...
Join the command and nothing ......
In that I'm wrong ??

I do not understand Harmattan's open-mode kernel and such. Still, question: why do you use ssh root @ localhost ? Maybe you could try to use devel-su and then develsh - instead of ssh root@localhost ?

Hoping somebody else understands more about it.
