Wild guess. You are lazy. ?

Follow instructions on the very first post in the flashing thread (the third place you asked for the flasher)

in windows you find in installed programs = flasher version 3.12.1

to start open cmd as admin, on 64bit win type:

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>cd c:\Program Files (x86)\Nokia\flasher

The flasher is a commandline program.

copy both the flasher executable, and the firmware images to the same folder.

    Open a command prompt

Cd to the folder where you copied flasher and firnware images.

Run flasher from commandline, within that folder.

Did you look in Program Files or Program Files (x86)? My guess is that you will find the files in the x86 folder as it's unlikely to be a 64 bit program.
