    So far so good.

    It's the first time since before Uitukka when the upgrade went smooth for me. In the last two updates, I ended up with a blank screen and had to ssh in and finish the update process from there. This time all went fine. I am really fond of the weather app, but the lack of its cover actions is slightly worrying.

    I've just installed it, it looks good, I had no time checking all issues, there is an official weather app, but I think MeeCast app looks more complete. Browser UI looks good too.

    Looks good to me. No problems during the update. The new browser and the weather app are really nice but more important the multitasking/memory management is much better now.
    No bugs noticed yet...

    I always wondered why they still didn't add the date when you peek.

    You could see the time, but never the date, you HAVE to go to the lockscreen to see what date it is.... kinda weird.

    I'm wondering if this feature will ever be added :/

    If so, then I hope it will be only as an option.

    I wouldn't want to clutter the view and see the date every time I switch apps. My memory is a bit better than that

    Lucky you. Mine said update downloaded, ready to install. I went OK, and it went through the usual reboot and install progress, at the end of which it said "System could not be updated now, try again later", and "Device will now reboot". Tapping the screen indeed rebooted it, but I ended up with a back screen.

    I finished the installation through SSH and had a moment of horror when, after the second reboot, I was greeted with the "select system language" screen. Not having any other option than to go on, I waved goodbye to my data and continued with the setup.

    The outcome:
    - I still have a black screen;
    - SSH and SCP works, my data are still there.

    What next?

    Dunno

    Update went well this time on my heavily modified rootfs Jolla. With broken SIM contactpoints etc etc etc. First time for quite a while.

    But. Just ordered a touchscreen for my RPi.

    Just in case ;P

    @pichlo try downgrade:
    Code:
    ssu re 1.1.1.27 && version --dup
